September 8, 2026 – Seyfarth Shaw LLP advised Links Car Wash, LLC, the express car wash operator controlled by Ryan Hanks, in connection with the multi-phase acquisition of the “Woodie’s Wash Shack” car wash platform from WWS Enterprises, LLC and related seller parties. The acquisition is being carried out through the client’s affiliated buyer, Links Car Wash Management, LLC.
The transaction involves the acquisition of the entire “Woodie’s Wash Shack” platform, comprising 18 developed and operating express car wash sites, one site under construction, three development parcels, and three additional sites subject to acquisition contracts, together with the related real property, improvements, and car wash equipment.
The deal also includes 100% of the equity of Shine Time Management, LLC, which employs the operating personnel, and WWS Memberships, LLC, which administers the customer memberships, as well as the “Woodie’s Wash Shack” brand and intellectual property, including its marks, digital assets, and customer and membership data.
The transaction is structured in phases, with the first phase (four sites) having closed on August 21, 2026, and the second phase (the remaining 14 sites, the equity interests, and the intellectual property) expected to close on or before December 1, 2026.
The transaction exemplifies continued investor interest in institutionally structured, real estate-based operating platforms with recurring membership revenue and attractive tax attributes. The multi-phase acquisition and accompanying capital raise reflect a coordinated, cross-departmental approach to positioning the Woodie’s Wash Shack platform for continued growth under Links Car Wash ownership and management.
